He was born in 1975. He completed bachelor degree Traditional Turkish Arts of Faculty of Fine Arts at Atatürk University in Erzurum and got master of art degree and art ph degree from Traditional Turkish Arts of institute of Fine Arts at Dokuz Eylül University in İzmir. He has been working as an Associate Professor in Faculty of Fine Arts and Design at Kastamonu University. Artist has written many articles about traditional Turkish arts, plastic arts and the preservation of cultural heritage. He has participated in many national and international solo and group exhibitions
